You maintain full and unshared ownership to the publishing rights and all other copyrights associated with the music track up-loaded. None of what happens at TT, transfers any rights to TT directly or indirectly, in any shape or form.

You confirm that you are representing the artist or band, and any potential copyright holder to the music track up-loaded.

No other publisher, at this point in time, has any rights to the publishing, production, distribution and promotion of your track.

You are allowing TT to perform certain actions and transactions until terminated by yourself. You can at any time terminate the specific music track availability on the TT platform by a simple instruction on your profile page. Your termination will come into automatic effect 120 days following the end of the month in witch you make your request. At the same time, the physical presence of your music track on our public access servers is deleted.

TT will become publisher of the music track on an exclusive basis during that period of time. At the same time you transfer the production rights, during the same period of time to TT, which allows TT to perform electronic production of your track for storage on our servers, and to become stored with other third party servers for distribution purposes.

Besides the publishing and production rights, you also allow TT, on an exclusive basis, to distribute and promote the track in question for the same period of time, and until terminated by yourself.

You are entitled to royalty fees for any revenue generated. Please consult How i get paid.

You and other copyright holders are entitled to copyright payments when your music track is published. Please consult copyrights.
