When you register as a Tracktester, you will be asked to accept TrackTestingÂ’s security demands.
As a Tracktester, you accept that you do not have the right to download, copy or forward what you receive as a streamed audio track from TrackTesting.
The music you test has been made available with permission from MCPS-PRS.
Our streaming to our TracktestersÂ’ computers only takes place to the extent that makes it possible for the Tracktester to listen to the music in connection with the necessary evaluation. Our Tracktesters accept using the access under these conditions.
Any copying beyond this is not authorized by the access as a Tracktester, and it is definitely not the intention to make the music available through the internet or to make it possible for the Tracktester to keep, store or in any other way obtain permanent copies of the music. As a Tracktester, you accept these limitations of the access to the music files that you are given access to.
Gift Cards will only be issued to users who provide quality feedback and does not show fraudulent behavior due to TrackTesting's internal auditing guidelines and by accepting theses Terms and Conditions you also accept that TrackTesting solely decides what is quality feedback and fraudulent behavior in matter of voting at tracktesting.com.
