Before a record company decides on the final composition of an album or before individual tracks are selected by a radio station for rotation in the range of programmes, they need reliable knowledge about the listeners’ opinion of the music.

If you are registered as a TrackTester, you will receive an email when TrackTesting has tracks or soundbites that need to be evaluated by the TrackTesters.

The radio station or the record company chooses which type of TrackTesters that should be asked in each case. When a predetermined number of testers have finished the review, there will be no more access to the audio track.

After login on the site, the test is started. All tracks and soundbites are played through the website (streamed). A track lasts up to 5 minutes and soundbites last up to 30 seconds. Usually, you will be asked to evaluate a soundbite before evaluating the complete track.
